Fee Structure
We offer two types of fee structure to our clients: time cost and fixed fee.(1) Time cost
Under this fee structure we charge for our services based on the amount of time we spend.Our hourly rates range from $90 per hour (plus GST) for individual tax returns to $120 per hour (plus GST) for consultancy services, such as financial management.
Bookkeeping
Our rates for bookkeeping services range from $40 per hour (plus GST) to $50 per hour (plus GST) depending on the complexity of the work required.
(2) Fixed fee
Under this fee structure we agree on the services to be provided for a 12 month period and negotiate a fixed monthly fee.We review all our fixed fee agreements regularly throughout the 12 month period to ensure the fee is fair for both parties.
Whenever possible, we encourage our clients to enter into a fixed fee agreement. We believe having a fixed fee greatly assists in managing your cash flow. Also, with a fixed fee you know exactly what you will be paying each month; there are no nasty surprises.
