We may disclose your personal information for the purposes for which it is primarily held or for a related secondary purpose. In some cases we may only disclose information with your consent. We may disclose your personal information where it is necessary to provide you with services or to organizations which have requested us to provide services to you. We may disclose your personal information where we are under a legal duty to do so, including circumstances where we are under a lawful duty of care to disclose information.CONTRACTORS
We contract out a number of services from time to time. Our contractors may see some of your personal information. Typically our contractors would include:- I.T. contractors and database designers;

RIGHTS OF ACCESS AND CORRECTION

We do refuse access if it would interfere with the privacy rights of other persons or if it breaches any confidentiality that attaches to that information. If a person applies for access to their record they must do so in writing to our Privacy Co-ordinator. You will need to be in a position to verify your identity. We will respond in 14 days unless there are any complications in which we will respond within 30 days. If it is necessary we will rectify the alleged interference. We may impose a moderate charge in some circumstances for providing access. Our Privacy Co-ordinator would discuss this with you. By providing us with personal information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as contemplated by this Privacy Policy Statement. We may change our policies and update this Privacy Policy Statement from time to time. This will be published on our website.
